The Goin' Band From Raiderland
Established in 1925, the Goin' Band from Raiderland is the oldest student organization at Texas Tech University and one of the most storied college bands in the country. With more than 400 members representing nearly every major on campus, the Goin' Band brings the energy, the pageantry, and the school spirit that makes Jones AT&T Stadium come alive on game day.
They've earned a century of firsts — from the first college band in Texas to broadcast a halftime show on radio, to founding Tau Beta Sigma, to pioneering stereo concepts in drill design. As they approach their centennial year, the GBA is proud to stand behind every one of them.
